Halifax Brewery Market welcomes local not-for-profit and community groups to join us on Saturdays.

Requirements

Priority will be given to groups working in Nova Scotia on issues surrounding food policy, agriculture, community accessibility, sustainability, land preservation, fitness & health, the arts, and the environment.

Availability

Community Groups may book a community table once per month, and are required to be set up 15 minutes prior to the start of the market, and must remain at their booths until the end of the market. 

Fee Structure

There are no fees for the use of the Community Table to disseminate information or solicit new members. 

  • Not-for-profits selling products: half-price table fees.

  • Not-for-profits & Community Groups wishing to sell tickets to their events are asked to consider donating two tickets to the market for use in customer raffles and volunteer appreciation packages. 

Business Incubator

​The Incubator Table is a 5-week program where BIPOC small businesses can try out our market.

We recognize that growing clientele and making relationships in the market community takes time and energy - this is one small way we hope to ease the risk and bridge into growing your small business here at the market and beyond! 

Requirements
This program is designed to help BIPOC businesses become permanent vendors at our market. Eligibility for the program is based on our vendor handbook.
If you have questions about eligibility prior to completing your application, please contact us  - we are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Availability

This is a year-round program, with each business joining the market for 5 consecutive weeks. After 5 weeks, program participants will have the option to become a full-time vendor.

Half-price tables fees for 5 weeks!

BIPOC Feature Table

The BIPOC Feature Table is a designated permanent space for BIPOC businesses and community groups at the Saturday market.

Any BIPOC business or group can book this table. 

Please complete the short online application form below so we can connect and book you in the vendor calendar. 

The market will do its utmost to collaboratively promote your group through our social media channels in the lead-up to your market day. 

Availability

We have 2 tables available at each Saturday Market. The same business or group may book once each month.

There are no fees for the use of this Feature Table to disseminate information or solicit new members.
