Kitchen Rentals
Our shared-use, licensed, commercial kitchen space is available to rent outside of market hours for use by small businesses and entrepreneurs.
It is perfectly suited for folks looking to find an affordable option to safely prepare food for markets, pop-ups, special events (see also: HBM Venue Rentals), and other direct-to-consumer sales opportunities!
The kitchen is conveniently located inside the Brewery Market space, in the downtown Halifax core. Several of our vendors rent the kitchen weekly to prepare their products for the Saturday market. It's a great resource!
